How does MyTori work?

At MyTori, our order procurement and execution process begins with an initial query from the buyer. After understanding the requirements, we provide a detailed cost confirmation. Once approved, we obtain the stencils and carefully match parameters with their exact preferences by sourcing these materials from trusted & certified vendors. Next, we prepare a sample of the custom bag and send it to the client for review. Upon confirmation, we create a pre-production sample to ensure everything aligns with the given specifications. After receiving final approval on the pre-production sample, we initiate full production, keeping the client informed about every step of the way.

Sampling

After the client sends the initial query and we provide a detailed cost breakdown. After the confirmation, we focus on the sampling process, which typically takes around 7-10 business days. Once the sample is ready, we promptly send it to the client for review and feedback, ensuring the final product aligns with the vision before moving to production. 

Please note that there is a screen setup charge based on your artwork. The courier charge for sending the first sample are to be borne by the client. All expenses borne by the client shall be adjusted upon final order value.

Production Lead Time

Our production lead time typically ranges from 6 to 8 weeks, depending on the specific bag design and customization options. This timeframe allows us to maintain the highest quality standards while tailoring your eco-friendly bags to meet your unique specifications. We prioritize efficiency and communication throughout the process, keeping you informed every step of the way to ensure your order arrives on schedule.

Compliance

We prioritize quality and safety in our products. All our bags undergo rigorous testing by leading global test houses to ensure the product is compliant with industry standards. We use azo-free, eco-friendly dyes and inks for printing, making our bags environment-friendly and safe for use by all end-users. If you have specific compliance requests, such as REACH Compliance or CALPROP 65, we are happy to implement them. Our products are tested by reputable agencies like SGS, Bureau Veritas Quality Inspection and TUV-SUD ensuring the highest quality and safety standards.

Shipping

We ensure smooth, efficient & timely delivery of your orders. We preferably ship from Kolkata Port & Nhava Sheva Port (Mumbai). We utilize a range of container sizes, including 20-foot, 40-foot, and 40-foot high cube containers, to accommodate your needs. For smaller orders, we can arrange LCL shipments, providing flexibility without compromising on service. Additionally, we can arrange door-to-door shipments to ensure your products reach you conveniently and efficiently.
